Step 1: Complete Form & Approve Turnaround Time

Please complete the commission request form below using an email you regularly check. I will reply to the provided email address with the current expected turnaround time. If you approve of the guarantee date, please reply to the email stating so and proceed to provide photographs of your pet, desired background color(s), and any information or requests you may have. Once we have agreed on a suitable photo to use as the main reference, an invoice will be sent via Paypal. 

Step 2: 50% Down Payment 

After you receive the invoice, your 50% down payment is due. You can pay via the invoice link with paypal, credit/debit, or manually via venmo. Once the down payment is received, you will be added onto the commission calendar. When the time comes to work on your art, I will send you 1-2 progress photo(s) for your approval, of which small adjustments can be made. Small adjustments can also be made to the final product if necessary. 

Step 3: Final Approval 

Once the drawing is completed, I will send you photos via the provided email. Once satisfied, the final payment will then be due along with any applicable shipping costs. Once payment is received, your artwork will be packaged safely and sent out for shipment.
